FAQ & RESOURCES
WHAT TO EXPECT:
All sessions are in-person at the Temple of Change, Greenfield, MA. Sessions are 75 minutes, including 45 minutes of guided breathwork with 15 minutes of therapeutic dialogue at the beginning and end.
Sessions combine IBT (Integral Breath Therapy) with optional light touch, aromatherapy, and/or sound healing to complement the breathwork.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a water bottle, notebook and pen, and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
